Purpose is to make periodic review of the Board's bylaws and recommend amendments thereof. All changes are subject to approval by the Board of Directors and the General Membership. This committee is also responsible for directing the notification of the General Membership of the structuring of bylaws approval meetings.

Purpose is to lead the General Membership in an inspirations opening at each General Membership Meeting. To identify and work with member who have special needs (i.e. illness, hospitalization, death) and to acknowledge those events.

The Chairperson shall work directly with the President, Board of Directors, Executive Officers, and Affiliate Liaison in the development of special seminars and any other matters which pertain to educational needs of the Board and shall submit by February of each year, in writing, the dates and nature of any proposed seminar or educational programs for the year.
