Purpose is to implement and monitor the selection of REALTOR® of the Year
Purpose is to consult and advice the President and Board of Directors with regard tot property owned by the board, which included, but is not limited to, proposed leases for commercial tenants, extensions of existing leases, the value of the tenancy for commercial space offered, and other matter which shall be deemed appropriate by the President.
Purpose is to make periodic review of the Board's bylaws and recommend amendments thereof. All changes are subject to approval by the Board of Directors and the General Membership. This committee is also responsible for directing the notification of the General Membership of the structuring of bylaws approval meetings.
Purpose is to lead the General Membership in an inspirations opening at each General Membership Meeting. To identify and work with member who have special needs (i.e. illness, hospitalization, death) and to acknowledge those events.
Purpose is to coordinate educational activities of the Board. The Chairperson shall work directly with the President, Board of Directors, Executive Officers, and Affiliate Liaison in the development of special seminars and any other matters which pertain to educational needs of the Board and shall submit by February of each year, in writing, the dates and nature of any proposed seminar or educational programs for the year.
Purpose is to provide the membership of the HBOR® with education programs, research, and supporting resources to enhance knowledge, proficiency, and professionalism in the real estate industry.

Purpose is to be an advisory committee to assist the Board committees and to be used by the committees for assistance in the field of technology. To analyze and assist in implementing the technology needs of the association and its members; to determine industry trends and their application to our procedures and services.
